My Medley Mentor is a multi-generational mentoring program that aims to cultivate relationships to last for years to come. The program takes place each year during the months of January, February, and March and includes three opportunities to participate:
- Super Mentor. Super Mentors have been in business for more than five years or have been employed in the workforce for more than 15 years. They bring a high level of expertise to young CEOs and can help them navigate a variety of challenges related to skills development, confidence building, and overall achievement. They must commit to at least one hour per month to help guide a Young Professional Mentor in their journey to entrepreneurship and/or professional development
- YP Mentor. Young Professional Mentors have been in business for at least one year or have been employed in the workforce for more than five years. They must be able to commit to one hour per month with their Super Mentors and two hours per month with their Emerging Leader.
- Emerging Leaders. Emerging Leaders are college students or entry-level professionals, employed in the workforce for three years or less. They must be able to commit to two hours per month with their YP mentor. Candidates are self-starters, motivated, and enthusiastic about the opportunity to gain useful knowledge to help guide their personal and professional journey.
All participants will be required to attend a virtual kick-off meeting and a mid-quarter check-in. The program will culminate with a virtual presentation led by the Emerging Leaders and a certificate of completion. Key dates:
