Medley Inc. has been named Mid-Size Agency of the Year at the 2025 Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Houston 40th Annual Excalibur Awards. This honor, based on demonstrated revenue growth and overall agency expansion, marks a significant milestone as Medley celebrates 15 years of impact. Since its founding in 2009, Medley has built a reputation for culturally grounded storytelling and strategic communications that drive impact across public, nonprofit, and private sectors. Over the past year, the agency has expanded both its revenue and service offerings to meet the demands of an evolving media landscape.

These initiatives combined storytelling, media engagement, and community insight to drive measurable outcomes, from millions of digital impressions to meaningful civic participation.
  • Expanded Capabilities: In response to changes in the digital media landscape, Medley integrated email newsletter development into its core services, empowering clients to maintain visibility amid declining organic reach on social platforms.
  • Community-Centered Branding: Medley’s work with the Third Ward Cultural District resulted in the creation of a brand identity rooted in local murals and African mosaic art. According to a report by Houston First, the district is the second most visited cultural district in Houston.
