They’re investing $20 million into revitalizing the historic Riverside Terrace neighborhood, bringing exciting new offerings in art, hospitality, and farm to table food to this beloved Houston community. The neighborhood was nicknamed the “Black River Oaks” in the 1950s and 1960s and the Roberts Markland team is committed to restoring community pride. Their first purchase was their main law office and they’ve since expanded to now own eight properties on Riverside Dr. We’re proud to celebrate their commitment to preserving Riverside Terrace’s rich history while building its future.
